Arizona engineer.

Thomas Maddock was born in 1883, and came to Arizona in 1898. He served as the Arizona State Highway Engineer, 1917-1922; was a member of the Colorado River Commission, 1923-1928; served as engineer and general manager of the Gila Valley Irrigation District and was a Republican member of the first Arizona Legislature. He died in 1971.
