Journalist, niece of evangelist Paul Rader; born Frances Rader on August 22, 1909; joined the Salvation Army, early 1920s; married Frank Longino, 1928; served with her husband in the Salvation Army traveling in Canada, the Bahamas, Caribbean and Mexico, and as divisional commanders in Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana until their retirement in 1968.
