Speed, R. M., 1897-
Variant namesMr. Speed grew up in the Mississippi Delta in the early 20th century. After World War I, he graduated from Mississippi Normal College and began a long career in education. He has served as a high school principal, district superintendent, and also in the State Department of Education's Vocational Rehabilitation Division.
