Bloom, Henry S., 1820-1899.
Pioneer resident and one of the commissioners who worked to organize Kankakee County, Ill., elected Justice of the Peace and served fourteen years in that office, and appointed Postmaster of Rockville, Ill. by President Pierce. Later in life involved in the Old Settlers Association. Brother in law, William R. Love served in the 88th Illinois Infantry during the Civil War.
