Torrey, Paul D. (Paul Dwight)
Variant namesPaul D. Torrey (1903-1982) was a consulting geologist and petroleum engineer. He partnered with Charles E. Fralich and Arthur C. Simmons to form Torrey, Fralich, and Simmons, Ltd. (1927-1937). From the 1940s he was a consulting engineer based in Houston, Texas. Torrey also published articles on oil recovery techniques, petroleum economics, and other topics.
