Variant namesThe Compania Cubana Primadera, incorporated in 1956 in the Republic of Liberia, was a development project to produce wall board from cane bagasse. The company was formed with the assistance of the Export-Import Bank and several Peruvian investors. In return for furnishing the raw material (i.e. bagasse), the Francisco Sugar Company received 30% of the company's stock.
