Midland Railway Company of Manitoba.
The company, incorporated in 1903, was owned jointly by GN and the Northern Pacific Railway. The company provided GN and NP with terminal and transfer facilities at Winnipeg, a connection to the Canadian Northern system, and direct service to Winnipeg for their through trains.
