Wittick Family
The Wittick family was from Moline, Illinois. Ben Wittick was a prominent photographer of the Southwest in the latter part of the 19th century. He brought his sons Charles and Tom along with him on his travels throughout the Southwest. Tom later changed his name to Frank Averill. Mamie Wittick Maxwell is Ben Wittick's daughter and Charles and Tom's sister.
