Simpson, John Harper, b. 1854-.

John Harper Simpson was born November 20, 1854 at Hillsboro, Mississippi. He moved to Hondo, Texas with his family. In 1885, he married Fannie Fisher and had seven children. In 1893 , they moved to Edna, Texas and Simpson became postmaster. In 1919, they moved to Austin, where he died.
