OLGA KOUSSEV1TZKY, WIDOW OF CONDUCTOR By Allen Hughes Olga Kousseyitzky, widow of Serge KiStfSsevitzky, ‘conductor of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, died of a heart attack:.Thursday in her apartment at 30 West 60th Street.She was 76 years old.

Following the death in 1951 of the conductor, to whom she was married in 1947, Mrs‐. Koussevitzky devoted herself chiefly to aiding musical causes through the foundations he had established. Mrs.Koussevitzky,, the former Olga Naumoff, came to this country in 1929 to be secretary for the conductor and his:: wife, Natalie, who was her aunt. Seven years after the death of the aunt, the conductor married the niece. Olga Naumoff was born on July 15, 1901, in Kuibicheff (formerly Samara), Russia, to Alexander and Anna Naumoff.
