Kiesler, Stefi, 1897-1963
Stefi Kiesler was born Stephanie Frischer on July 18, 1897 in Austro-Hungary. She was an artist who specialized in "typo-plastics", artwork that utilized typewritten material and worked under the name "Pietro Saga".

She married Austrian architect and theater designer Frederick Kiesler in 1920. They moved to New York City in 1926. In 1927 she began to work for the New York Public Library as a speciality in foreign languages. She died in New York City on September 3, 1963.
