b. 4 Jan 1755, ca. Joshua and Naomi Ballinger. 1761, her father died, and Elizabeth had to "live out" from home, and had some "trying seasons."

m., 1773, John Mason (d. ca. 1777). Two children. Acute illness.

m. (2d), 1778, Job Collins, of Upper Evesham, N. Y. (d. 1827).

1779, minister. 1793, attended Phila. Y. Mtg. at the time of the yellow fever epidemic. 1796, visited ca. 80 families, which had been disowned by the Society of Friends. Three of her children died. 1797, 1798, 1799, travelled as a minister. 1803, joined Richard Dell in visiting families in her own meeting. 1807, visited Friends in N. Y. and Long Island. Other visits. 1828, chose to keep with Arch St. Friends, and signed a statement to that effect.

d. 1 Feb. 1831, Near Medford, N. J., in her 77th year.
