New Navigation Division Effective October 1, the Marine Bureau's Transit Operations Division and the Canal Support Division will officially merge to form the Navigation Division. The newly formed division will assume all the functions and responsibilities of the other two divisions, primarily Canal pilotage, Marine Traffic Control, tug and launch operations, admeasurement and deckhand operations.
