Sulzberger, Marina Tatiana Lada, -1976
PARIS, July 23 — Marina Sulzberger, the wife of C. L. Sulzberger, the foreign‐affairs columnist of The New York Times, died of an embolism in the American Hospital here today, eight days after undergoing an operation. She was 57 years old.
Mrs. Sulzberger and her husband had made their home in Paris for the last 30 years. Born Marina Tatiana Lada in Athens, Mrs. Sulzberger became an American citizen after her marriage in Beirut, Lebanon, on Jan. 21, 1942. With the onset of World War II, she served as a nurse in an Athens military hospital
