(2d) Prudence Thornburgh. 2 children. She d. 1829; 1820 visited England, Scotland and Ireland; 1830 m. (3d) Rachel Huff. She d. 1841; His memory gradually failed and at the end he suffered from a cancerous growth of the side of his face; d. Aug. 8, 1853 at the home of Joshua Stanley in Guilford County, N.C. in his 95th year.
