Edward Peirson Richardson, Sr. (1881-1944), AB, 1902, Harvard College; MD, 1906, Harvard Medical School, was John Homans Professor of Surgery at HMS, and a surgeon at Massachusetts General Hospital who specialized in abdominal, thyroid, and parathyroid surgery.
