Jack Joseph Valenti (b. 1921) was an advertising and public relations executive who served as Special Assistant to President Lyndon B. Johnson from 1963 to 1966. After leaving the White House, he was a motion picture executive, adjunct professor of government and public administration at American University, and an author of several books.
