Dale Swanson represented numerous principal bargaining units throughout the state of Minnesota in their negotiations with their respective school districts. The bargaining units were formed in accordance with the Minnesota Public Employment Labor Relations Act (PELRA) of 1971. These documents are final agreements, many of which he worked on. Most are with principals bargaining units. Swanson gathered some teachers' and other bargaining units contracts for background information.
