Mary J. Lloyd, heiress and first wife of Charles R. Lloyd, gave money and deeded property to her attorney, J.N. Frank, to be used by the attorney for the care of Lloyd's aged mother should the daughter precede her in death. Instead, the attorney died and Lloyd was obliged to sue Frank's widow and family to regain her property. This collection constitutes the record of that suit. Frank's executor was A.S.
