Between 1970 and 1991, the College was administered by the following deans: Pete D. Gardner (1971-1974), Frank E. Harris (1974-1975), E. Allan Davis (1975-1976), David M. Grant (1976-1985), Joseph L. Taylor (1985-1987), Hugo Rossi (1987-1989), and Bill Gray (1989-1991).
