Judd, Zadok Knapp, 1828-1909

Zadok Knapp Judd was born on October 15, 1828 (or 1827) in Bastard, Canada. His family converted to Mormonism while he was a child and emigrated to the United States in 1838. He served in the Mormon Battalion, and was one of the first settlers of Santa Clara, Utah, where he served as Bishop beginning in 1856. Judd died in Kanab, Utah, on January 18, 1909.
