Frank Munroe Culver was born on May 29, 1879, the son of George M. and Ida Culver. He attended Saint Johnsbury Academy and graduated in 1899. He married Mabel Godfrey on June 3, 1902 and was employed by the Lamoille County Savings Bank until 1920. He became a merchant and owned stores in Stowe, Hyde Park, and Essex, Vermont. In 1935 he was employed by Plant and Griffith. Frank M. Culver died in 1955.
