Biographical notes:
Gastroenterologist, born 1902. Received his medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in 1925. Practiced in Little Rock, Arkansas for over 50 years. Joined the faculty of the University of Arkansas School of Medicine in 1929 and is credited with starting the department of gastroenterology at that school.
