Eugene Costa of Charleston, W.V., served the Order Sons of Italy in America, West Virginia Grand Lodge, as Grand Venerable (1971-1975), First Assistant Grand Venerable (1965-1971) and Second Assistant Grand Venerable (1963-1965).
