Chandler, Frank, 1903-1992
Biographical notes:
Frank Chandler (1903-1992) was a trade union and community activist. His original name was Frank Tschinder. Frank worked as a punch press operator in New Jersey before joining the army in 1942. He left the army with an honorable discharge in 1945.
