Lucienne Bloch was born in Geneva, Switzerland in 1909. She attended the Cleveland School of Art and Ecole Nationale Des Beaux Arts in Paris. She came to the United States and married Stephen Pope Dimitroff, with whom she later collaborated on murals. She was a free lance illustrator and artist. She died in 1999.
