Biographical notes:

Aviator, pioneer 1930's Chinese American in Portland, Oregon. Member of the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP) of World War II. First Chinese American woman to fly for the U.S. military. Lee died in an airplane collision, while in service, one of 38 members of the WASP to die during WWII.
