John Bull (c. 1740 – 1802) was an American statesman and revolutionary who served as a delegate from South Carolina in the Continental Congress from 1784 to 1787.
Born in Prince William's Parish in the Province of South Carolina, Bull served as a justice of the peace of Greenville County, a member of the Provincial house of commons in 1772, and as deputy secretary of the Province in 1772. In 1775 and 1776, he served as delegate to the First and Second provincial congresses then served as a member of the first South Carolina general assembly in 1776. Bull served in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 1778 to 1781 and in 1784 and as a Member of the Continental Congress from 1784 to 1787. He served in the South Carolina Senate in 1798. Bull died in South Carolina and was interred in Prince William's Parish Churchyard in Beaufort County, South Carolina.
