Garret Neal Graves (born January 31, 1972) is an American politician. A member of the Republican Party, he has served as the United States Representative from Louisiana's 6th congressional district since 2015.

Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Graves graduated from Catholic High School there before attending the University of Alabama, Louisiana Tech University, and American University. He served as a staff member to U.S. Senator John Breaux, U.S. Representative Billy Tauzin, and U.S. Senator David Vitter, and as a staff member for the U.S. Senate Committee on Science and Transportation and U.S. House Committee on Energy and Commerce before being appointed by Governor Bobby Jindal to manage the Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority. In the position, he negotiated on behalf of the state with British Petroleum over the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Graves resigned the position, effective February 17, 2014.

In Marxg 2014, Graves announced his intention to run in the 2014 election to the U.S. House of Representatives for Louisiana's 6th congressional district. In the blanket primary, Graves placed second to former Congressman and Governor Edwin Edwards; in the runoff election, Graves easily beat Edwards. His leadership on transportation, infrastructure, energy, maritime, fisheries, coastal restoration, disaster and other issues critical to Louisiana’s economy and way of life are an asset in Congress. In the 117th Congress, Graves is the Ranking Member for the House Transportation and Infrastructure Subcommittee on Aviation and is the Ranking Member for the Select Committee on the Climate Crisis. He also serves on the House Natural Resources Committee.
