Biographical notes:
Frank R. Borchert, Jr. (b. 1936) was University Vice President for Budgets and Planning at Case Western Reserve University in 1989. He has served as president of Alta House Social Settlement in the Little Italy neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio, chairman of the board of trustees for the now defunct Cathedral Latin High School, and a member of the board of trustees of the Greater Cleveland Neighborhood Centers Association.
