Jasper J. Wilson served with Advisory Team 21 in 1963, and as a special projects officer for Chief of Staff General Harold K. Johnson in 1965.

Jasper J. Wilson was a United States (U.S.) Army officer. He served on the staff of the 3rd Armored Corps at Camp Polk, Louisiana and was later deployed to Europe during World War II (WWII). He served again in Germany with the Army Security Agency from 1950-1952. Wilson attended the Armed Forces Staff College from 1953-1954 and was with the military laison to Turkey in the late 1950s. He served as chief of resident instruction at the Command and General Staff College from 1961-1962. He then served in Vietnam from 1964 to 1967.
