Evangelist, musician; born John Stratton Shufelt in 1910; graduated from Wheaton College, 1934; served as pastor's assistant and music director at various churches; traveled and worked with many notable evangelists, as well as singing and directing music for many Christian conferences and conventions; authored two songbooks, made several records for "Singspiration" Records; married Marjorie Ruth Isel in 1937 and had two daughters; died in 1987; also known as Strat.
