Biographical notes:
Rose Crenca served on the Montgomery County Council from 1978 to 1990.
Mrs. Crenca sponsored legislation on fire sprinkler requirements, smoking regulations, and restrictions on discrimination in public accommodations, housing, zoning and employment, and was active in many civic organizations.
