Biographical notes:

Following his mission to Argentina, Fotheringham spent ten years working in the Canal Zone, after which he accepted employment with Kodak and was stationed in Chile (where he served as president of the first LDS branch in that country) and then in Puerto Rico (where he served as president of the San Juan Branch). In 1968 Kodak transferred Fotheringham to Madrid, Spain.
