Biographical notes:
Priscilla Bonner was born in Washington, D.C. on Feb. 17, 1899; she began her screen acting career in Homer comes home (1920); she was featured in over thirty films, and is best remembered for her role in The Strong man (1926); she was originally signed to play opposite John Barrymore in The Sea beast (1926), but lost the role to Dolores Costello; the following year she appeared in It (1927) with Clara Bow; Bonner suffered an eye injury during the filming of Outcast souls (1928) and retired from acting; she married prominent Beverly Hills physician Bertram Woolfan in 1929; Bonner died on Feb. 21, 1996.
