Multinational, interracial, interdenominational Christian organization for youth. Assisted local churches in evangelizing young people for ministry and service. Sponsored seminars and workshops. Published "Christian Endeavor World Newsletter." Affiliated with World Christian Endeavor Union. Established by Harriet Abbott Clark and her husband, Francis E. Clark (1881). Organization's fiftieth anniversary celebration took place in San Francisco (1931). President Hoover addressed convention by radio. Scrapbook possibly prepared by San Francisco Convention Associate Chairman, Fred D. Parr.
