Biographical notes:
Educator and writer.
Born in Sanborn County, Dakota Territory. Abild was both principal and instructor at Clark, Doland, Artesian, and Notre Dame High School in Mitchell. She also served as state director of the professional and service division of the Federal Work Projects Administration for 10 years.
