Munro, George (1901-1968: playwright and journalist)
Biographical notes:
George Munro (1901-1968) was born in Govan. He spent much of his life working as a journalist in London but was also a playwright, his plays included: Vineyard Street, Gay Landscape and Mark But This Flea . He worked with Glasgow Unity Theatre . He was later involved with the Citizens' Theatre and the Arts Theatre in Glasgow .
