Biographical notes:

Seymour Shubin was born in Philadelphia on Sept. 16, 1921. After graduating from Temple Univ. in 1943 in journalism, Shubin went to work as a writer in the army and later in the Philadelphia police department. Shubin then became associate editor of Triangle Publications on the magazine, Official Detective. Shubin continued working as an editor and freelance writer into the 1980s, working on detective magazines and for a wide range of medical journals and magazines. Shubin's novels included Holy secretsand Never quite dead.
