Author; born in Springfield, Illinois in 1875. One of 5 children of Charles D. Roberts and Octavia Ridgley. Married to Barton Corneau, a Springfield attorney. They resided in Boston, Massachusetts and Ogunquit, Maine.

Author of My Lady Valentine, Lincoln in Illinois, With Lafayette in America and The Perilous Isle. Unpublished works include: The Road of Remembrance [Springfield in the late 19th and early 20th centuries], The Governor's Mansion, 1853-1953, A Social History of the Illinois Executive Mansion and 'Little Occie,' As Seen in the Journals of Her Sister, Anna Ridgley, [biographical information about Octavia Robert's mother, Octavia Ridgley.]
