Biographical notes:
Ralph Diehl came to Hillsboro, N.D. from Harley, Iowa with his parents when a child. He graduated from North Dakota Agricultural College and taught vocational agriculture for a short time. After his marriage to Gertrude Qualsett he settled on a farm near Hillsboro. He was very active in community and civic affairs, serving on many local and regional boards. He served in the North Dakota House of Representatives from 1959 to 1970. He died at Hillsboro in 1993.
