`Presupuesto general de los valores de rentas de la corona presentado por el Consejo de Estado Don Manuel Lopez Araujo, Secretario del Despacho de Hacienda a Saber': copy of the budget put forward by Manuel Lopez Araujo, the Spanish Minister of Finance, to the Council of State and the Crown, proposing means of redressing the deficit of 500 million reales that had arisen under the administration of Ferdinand VII, up to 1816, reviewing the position and making recommendations for the departments of Justice, Finance, the Navy, the War Department, income from the provinces and from tithes, tobacco, the Post Office, Credito Publico and other departments.
