Missionary and publisher; William Alexander Deans born September 23, 1908, in the Ancon, Canal Zone, Panama; attended the Bible Institute of Los Angeles (BIOLA), 1920s; worked in northeast Congo, mostly in Nyankunde, 1930-1980; published Christian literature in African languages: tracts, book, and magazines including "Neno La Imani" and "Litatoli"; died, 1999.
