Biographical notes:
Rowsam (1930-2002) entered the Army in 1949, served in the Korean and Vietnam Wars, and retired from the Army Reserves in 1990.
He earned a Master's degree in industrial engineering from the Stout Institute (Wisconsin), taught engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for seven years, and worked with expanding engineering programs at the Madison Area Tech College until his retirement in 1990.
