Loktu, Dorothy.
Biographical notes:
Dorothy Loktu enlisted in the WAVEs during World War II. She served as a Yeoman, achieving the rate of YN1. Her final duty station was at Minneapolis Naval Air Station, where she retired from active duty in April 1966. Following her retirement, she continued to serve in the Naval Reserve.
