Biographical notes:
Bringhurst was a Professor in the History Dept. at Boise State University in 1976. Copies of two of his books on Mormons and their beliefs are in the Clarke Historical Library, as are the papers of James Jesse Strang. For further information on Strang, see the catalog record for his papers. Thompson also wrote several books on his beliefs.
