Charles K. Scott was a cattle rancher from Casper, Wyoming. He received a B.A. from Harvard College and a M.B.A from Harvard Business School. He belonged to the Republican Party, and was a Wyoming State Representative and State Senator. He was a member of the Corporations, Elections, and Political Subdivisions Committee, a Chairman of the Labor, Health, and Social Services Committee, Chairman of the Reforming State Group Stearing Committee, and on the National Conference of State Legislators Health Committee.
