William Barker ( - ) and Courtland Newton (c. 1805- ) were partners in a shoe manufacturing enterprise in Worcester, Mass. Barker was the principle owner of the business located at 11 Main Street, with Newton holding a three-eighths share in the profits. At the same time, Newton owned and operated a shoemaking business at 13 Summer Street.
