WomenSphere
Biographical notes:
WomenSphere was a year-long program, from 1982-1983, of events in celebration of women. The objective of WomenSphere was to emphasize that women are vital and contributing members of society worldwide. The target audience was Michigan Technological University students, faculty, and staff, although community members were also encouraged to attend the programs. Programs included workshops, lectures, theater projects, poetry readings, photograph exhibits, and concerts.
