Biographical notes:

Nader Shah, the founder of Afsharid Dynasty, ruled Persia from 1736 to 1747. A ruthless and successful warrior, he was an exceptionally oppressive leader. Finally, his own tribesmen felt he was too dangerous and he was assassinated.
